How to prepare for your Composite Art Portraits
Decide on your themes
Do you or your child(ren) want to be a mermaid? Disney Princess? Pirate? Fairy? Super Hero? Or maybe you want to run from a dinosaur or pet a giraff or Panda? Or ride a unicorn? Or even have something else in mind???
If this is for your children, ask them what they love most or who they want to be or meet. There are several examples on my composite art page, but don't limit to just those! So many more options are available! Talk to me about your ideas!
If you are choosing to do the composite art with the background already included (not edited), you can choose from what I have available, or we can do outdoors for some types.
Costumes
A lot of times, I can supply costumes. Or you are always welcome and encouraged to bring your own!
Once you have decided on your themes, we can discuss these details.
Day of Session
If the session is for your kids, let them know what we are doing ahead of time. Let them know they are going to pretend and use their imagination! Explain that I will take some fun pictures of them pretending, and ask them what kind of faces they want to make. Do they want to be scared? Happy? Looking at something in their hand or beside them? Talking about it ahead will help them mentally prepare so it can go much smoother with less time explaining during the shoot. Feel free to show them the gallery and explain how this is how it will look after the pictures are done.

What's next
Your images will be delivered in an email with link to the gallery within 2 weeks from the day of the session. From there, you can order high quality prints and products from professional labs. You can also download the high resolution images and print release. Any images you download or order will not have my watermark on it. This only shows on the online galleries.
